YOOBI PHILOSOPHY

Yoobi is the result of a food journey. We discovered traditional temaki in Japan and saw it take a new creative direction in Brazil. Both have inspired and influenced us in equal measure; not to create fusion food but to create a new playground for sushi – one that is unique to us.

Not just the temaki but the experience and environment in which our customers are served and eat.We love good food, good design, good music and good times. We’ve tried to put all of this into our temakeria. We hope you enjoy
